The decreasing order of the boiling points is III>I>II>IV

Cycloalkanes have higher boiling point than corresponding alkanes and alkenes. Also alkenes, have higher boiling points than alkanes due to higher polarizability of pi electrons. In case of alkanes, the boiling point decreases as the molecular weight decreases and the branching increases.
