If we use a tester to check the conductivities of these liquids, the bulb in the tester will be brightest in the case of mercury. Bulb will not glow in the case of distilled water as it does not contain free ions. And lemon juice is a better conductor than tap water.
The ascending order of their conductivities is as follows:
Distilled water < Tap water < Lemon juice < Mercury
