To compare the following numbers we can make the denominator same or we can directly see the numbers and figure it out.

$\frac{1}{11}$ is the only positive number out of the three. So it has to be the greatest.

Comparing $\frac{1}{-5}$ and $\frac{-2}{5}$ we have the denominator same and $\frac{-1}{5}$ > $\frac{-2}{5}$
