When there is a change in the external environment, which we refer to as a stress, our body starts responding to it by trying to cope up with the stress. In this condition, the increase in temperature, makes your body sweat. As you sweat, your body cools down and gradually you decrease sweating. Eventually, your body stops sweating as it acclimatizes to the change.
