a. Make an angle bisector between 0° and 60° mark to get a 30° angle.
b. Join the 45° mark to the point O to get a 45° angle.
c. Make an angle bisector between the 30° and 60° mark to get a 45° angle.
d. Mark the 60° angle from where the arc cuts OA.
e. Draw a ray OA and make an arc cutting OA with O as its center.
