Solution

In dicots, the zygote develops into an embryo at the micropylar end. Zygote gives rise to the proembryo and subsequently to the globular stage which later forms a cordate shaped or heart-shaped embryo. Further development of the heart shaped embryo leads to the mature embryo stage.
