Let's note down all the forces
Gravitational force FG=Gm1m2r2 and we know the value of G is 6.67×1011Nm2kg2 which is very less.
The order of mass of protons is 1027Kg
Hence the order of numerator we get is 1065

which is way more than the Gravitational constant.
The order of charge of the proton is1019C
