The correct option is B III>IV>I>II>V
Consider these criteria s for stability-
-Conjugation(Resonance)
-Cis trans configuration
-Hyperconjugation

III, being conjugated as well as trans-trans, is most stable followed by IV which is conjugated but has cis configuration at one of the double bond,and trans form is more stable than cis V is least substituted, (less hyperconjugation) hence, least stable. I and II both have same no. of hydrogens for hyperconjugation but II is cis form so it is less stable.
