Solution
The correct option is C3+2+3
A normal dicot embryo sac is a 7-celled but 8-nucleate structure. 3 nuclei are contained in egg apparatus consisting of an egg cell and two synergids, at the micropylar end. 2 nuclei are contained in a large central cell present in the centre of the embryo sac. The rest 3 nuclei are contained in antipodal cells present at the chalazal end.
Hence, the arrangement of nuclei is 3+2+3 ( 3 at micropylar pole, 2 in the centre and 3 at the chalazal pole).
