Article 39 state that both men and women shall get equal pay for equal work. However, this is not always the case. Express your views?

It is not always the case:
Women are considered to be inferior by ignorants hence paid less.
They are discriminated at the work places because they are often recruited at lower salaries even if they work same like men.
It has to be curbed if we want the gender equality to take place in reality.
