Cost price of $1$ dozen articles $=Rs.45$

$\Rightarrow$ Cost of $1$ article $=\frac{45}{12}=Rs.3.75(\because 1\text{dozen}=12)$

$1$ score $=20$ numbers

Selling price of $1$ score articles $=Rs.85$

$\Rightarrow$ Selling price of $1$ article $=\frac{85}{20}=Rs.4.25(\because 1\text{score}=20)$

Therefore,

Gain percent $=\frac{4.25-3.75}{3.75}\times 100(\because S.P.>C.P.)$
$=\frac{0.50}{3.75}\times 100=13.33\%$
