Solution

The correct option is C 12,000
Let sum borrowed be P
S.I for first two years=P×6×2100
=3P25
S.I for next 3years=P×9×3100=27P100
Remaining no. of years=9(2+3)=4
S.I for rest of period=P×14×4100=14P25
ATP,3P25+27P100+14P25=11400
95P100=11400
P=11400×10095
=Rs.12000
Amt. borrowed=Rs.12000
