Determine the total power applied by them, if they dragged it to the nearest garage in 20 minutes.

Given,
Force, F = 1000 N
Displacement, s = 1.2 km
We know that,
Work done = Force x displacement
Work done =1000×1.2×1000 Nm
= 12×105J.
Now, the total power required can be calculated as,
Power = Work doneTotal time taken
Power = 12×10520×60 = 1000W.
