Open in App
Solution
Money with Arun = (5 × 1) + (1 × 2) + (4 × 0.5)
= 5 + 2 + 2
= ₹9
We know that
Cost of one soap = ₹8.75
We know that ₹1 = 100 paise
So Arun will get back = 900 – 875
= 25 paise
= ₹0.25
