From 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.,
Number of hours = 4
Number of pages in an hour = 4
Number of pages Arya writes in 4 hours = $4 \times 4 = 16$ pages

Remaining pages = 60 – 16 = 44 pages

From 1 p.m. ownwards,
Number of pages in an hour = 11
Number of hours to complete the remaining work = $44 \div 11 = 4$ hours
