Solution

During summer, the surrounding temperature is high, people drink a lot of water and lost it as it which goes out of the body in the form of sweat. Therefore, kidneys retain water for maintaining the fluidity of the blood and less urine is formed. But during winter, the surrounding temperature will be very low, and usually, people do not sweat. So, the water goes out only in form of urination and hence, more urine is formed during winter.
