Question

as current induces magnetic field and magnetic field induces current so will there be multiple inductions when a current carrying conductor is brought near a conducting loop?

Open in App
Solution

Dear Student
A current can be induced in a conducting loop if it is exposed to a changing magnetic field.
When current carrying wire is there then it will induces a magnetic field. That field will be changing if current is either constantly decreasing or increasing.
Then the current is induced in the loop when the current in the wire is constantly increasing or decreasing.

So there will be no multiple inductions when a current carrying conductor is brought near a conducting loop.
