As every action has equal and opposite reaction then if we jump or throw a ball or else our weight is acting a force on earth. As there are so many people on earth then why there is no effect on earth?

Our mass compared to earth is almost negligibly small. So since the acceleration of us is finite, the acceleration of earth will be negligibly small, we can't notice our impact on earth. Also since all the people are distributed all over the earth, the total average force will be spherically symmetric so total force will be zero. That's why there is no effect.
