As human blood is used in isolating dna used for fingerprinting then if the person has been transferred blood from someone else then what will happen

The blood cells keep getting destroyed and new cells are reformed from the body.The trafused blood cells do not last for life.With in a time period they all would get destroyed and new cells must have formed from the self body.
So immediately after blood transfusion, DNA is not extracted for study.
Blood transfusion also done only partly.Not the entire blood have the transfused blood cells.
