As mentioned in the lecture (introduction to imperfection in solids, 1st video) the respected sir said perfect crystals are found '''rarely' and not ' they dontd exist' so does that mean are found 1 in 1000?

Perfect crystals are extremely rare in nature. And even when they exist, they are more of a close approximation to the theoretical perfect crystals.
There can be crystals called whiskers which have minimum internal and surface flaw. These are the best approximation to perfect crystals.
