Pressure at the same level in the same liquid will be equal.
P+ρ1gh1=P0+ρ2gh2 ...(i)
Here,
P= atmospheric pressure acting on the left limb of Utube
P0= atmospheric pressure acting on the right limb of Utube
ρ1=ρ, h1=3h, ρ2=2ρ
h2=h

Substituing in Eq.(i),
P+ρg(3h)=P0+(2ρ)gh
