The correct option is A $P < P_{0}$
Pressure at the same level in the same liquid will be equal.
$\Rightarrow P + ρ_{1} g h_{1} = P_{0} + ρ_{2} g h_{2} . . . (i)$
Here,
$P =$ atmospheric pressure acting on the left limb of $U -$ tube
$P_{0} =$ atmospheric pressure acting on the right limb of $U -$ tube
$ρ_{1} = ρ, h_{1} = 3 h, ρ_{2} = 2 ρ$
$h_{2} = h$

Substituing in Eq. $(i)$ ,
$P + ρ g (3 h) = P_{0} + (2 ρ) g h$
$\Rightarrow P = P_{0} - ρ g h$
Hence, we can see that pressure $P$ is lesser than pressure $P_{0}$
$∴ P < P_{0}$
