Let I be the current in each wire, (directed inwards) Magnetic field at O due to LP and QM will be zero.
i.e.B0=BPS+BQN

Net magnetic field B0=μ0i4πd+μ0i4πd

or 104=2μ0i4πd=2×107×i4×102

i=20 A and the direction of magnetic field is perpendicular into the plane
