The correct option is B A is wrong but R is correct.
Normality is defined as number of mole equivalents of solute per liter of solution and molarity is defined as number of moles of solute dissolved per liter of solution.So if we add more solvent then volume of solution increases which will affect not only nomality or molarity but also affects molality.
The milli-equivalent and milli-moles of solutes are not changed on addition of more water i.e.,dilution.
So A is wrong but R is correct.
