Self ionization of water is an endothermic reaction-
H2O(l) H+(aq)+OH(aq) H>0
Thus R is correct.
pH=log[H+]=logKw
As forward reaction is endothermic,values of Kw will increase on increasing the temperature.Hence pH will decrease.Thus A is false.
