Due to non-uniform magnetic field (a function of x) magnetic flux passing through the loop obtained by integration.

But that remains constant with time.

Hence, dϕdt=0 or e=0

Magnetic field is along ^k direction or in magnetic is increasing. Hence induced current should produce magnetic field. Or induced current should be anti-clockwise.
