All Bronsted-Lowry bases must have a lone pair to accept H+ ion, and all Lewis bases have lone pairs. However, Lewis bases may act as nucleophiles for any number of atoms; B, Al, C, etc; not just H.
So, all Bronsted-Lowry bases are Lewis bases, but not all Lewis bases are Bronsted-Lowry bases.
