NH3 ha boiling point 240oK (33oC). It exists as gas under normal conditions. Pressure is directly proportional to boiling point. If we apply high pressure, then boiling point will be high. So it exists in liquid form.
NH3 and water forms a homogeneous solution and water has boiling point of 393oL. So it doesn't evaporate easily. So it remains as solution at room temperature.
