Scalene triangle has O line of symmetry. isosceles triangle has 1 line of symmetry. An equilateral triangle has 3 line of symmetry.
$\therefore $ The equilateral triangle has maximum lines of symmetry.
Also, for all the given polygons, having same number of sides and same number of angles, the regular polygon has maximum lines of symmetry.
So, the option A is correct i.e. Both Assertion and Reason are correct and Reason is the correct explanation for Assertion.
