We know that if the points are collinear then area of triangle is 0.

Area of triangle =12|r1r2sin(θ2θ1)+r2r3sin(θ3θ2)+r3r1sin(θ1θ3)|
=12|028sin2π+14sin2π|
=0
Hence, the points are collinear.
