All prokaryotic organism belong to Kingdom Monera. They do not have nucleus or other membrane bound cell organelles, like chloroplast and mitochondria. The nucleus is "pro" or primitive, which is called variously as incipient nucleus, nucleoid, genophore etc. They fix atmospheric nitrogen into biologically useful forms like ammonia with the help of enzyme nitrogenase.
