Put sinx=t in the first integral cosxdx=dt
And put cosx=u in the second integral sinxdx=du
1/20dtt4t2+1+1/21duu4u2+1
1/20dtt4t2+1+11/2duu4u2+1
=1/20dxx4x2+1+11/2dxx4x2+1 (changing the variable)
=10dx1x2+x4=I
