$$ln\dfrac{K_{2}}{K_{1}} = -\dfrac{\Delta H}{R}(\dfrac{1}{T_{2}}- \dfrac{1}{T_{1}})$$
Hence Assertion is true.
$$T_{2}>T_{1}$$ and $$\Delta H >0$$  $$\Rightarrow $$ $$K_{2}> K_{1}$$
$$\therefore$$ Reason is also true.
But Reason doesn't explain Assertion
So option $$B$$ is correct.
