the gravitational force acting on a body is given by GMmr2,
where M is mass of earth and m is mass of the body, and r is the distance between body and center of the earth and G is gravitational constant.
so as the mass of the body increases the force acting on the body increases.
but the acceleration of a freely falling body is given by Fm, that will be GMr2 this constant irrespective of the mass of the body.
so option D is correct.
