The correct option is A Both (A) & (R) are individually true & (R) is correct explanation of (A),
Given, $^{n} C_{15} =^{n} C_{8}$
$\Rightarrow n = 15 + 8 = 23$
$∴^{n} C_{21} =^{23} C_{21} =^{23} C_{2} = \frac{23}{2} \times \frac{22}{1} = 253$
Hence Assertion is followed by reason.
