x2+9y2+25z215yz5xz3xy=0

2x2+18y2+50z230yz10xz6xy=0

(x3y)2+(3y5z)2+(5zx)2=0

x3y=0,3y5z=0,5zx=0

x=3y=5z=k (say)

x=k,y=k3,z=k5

Hence, x,y,z are in H.P. Hence option (a) is correct.
