Krebs cycle is amphibolic in nature. It possesses both catabolic and anabolic reactions. Krebs cycle contains series of reactions that degrades acetyl Co-A to yield carbon dioxide and energy. At the same time, the energy released during this cycle is used to produce NADH, H+ and FADH. In aerobic respiration, total ATP production is 38 ATP per glucose. Out of this, 30 ATP are produced in Krebs cycle.
Thus, the correct answer is option B.
