The correct option is A Both Assertion and Reason are correct and Reason is the correct explanation for Assertion
Equation of corrimon chord of S1 & S2 is
(x2+y2+4x6y+9)(x2+y2+6x4y+11)=0
2x+2y+2=0 or x+y+1=0
Now centre of S2i.e.(3,2) lies on it. Hence x+y+1=0 is the diameter of S2
Hence S1 bisect but circumference of circle S2 & centre of S1 i.e. (2,3) lies on S2=0
Hence choice (a) is correct answer.
