The correct option is A Both Assertion and Reason are true and Reason is the correct explanation of Assertion
When we go down the group, atomic radius increase. Due to this ionisation energy decrease and hence a tendency to lose electron also increases (i.e, metallic character is increased)
Since metallic character increase down the group, the acidic character of oxidises decreases down the group i.e, basicity increases down the group.
Hence the order of basicity is N2O3<P2O3
