As the temperature increases electrolytic conductivity also increases because with the increase in temperature ionisation increases and also the movement of ions.
Increasing temperature increase resistance to heat transfer which intern reduce thermal conductivity. In metals, thermal conductivity decreases with increase in temperature. Metals have abundance of free electrons and they have considerable lattice vibrations, so in normal condition they conduct smoothly.
