The pressure of the moist gas is equal to the sum of the pressure of dry gas and the pressure of the water vapours. The observed pressure of the moist gas is equal to the sum of the pressure of the dry gas and the pressure of water vapours. The pressure of the water vapours is constant at a particular temperature and is known as aqueous tension at that temperature.
Pobserved=Pgas+aqueous tension

Pgas=Pobservedaqueous tension

As saturated vapours do not obey gas laws so aqueous tension doesn't remains constant at constant pressure.
