So Assertion is correct but the reason is correct as reason stated here was yes indeed the signals were picked up during a solar flare that caused Xray phenomenon. The solar flare that caused Xray fluorescence was excess dingly weak and approximately 20 times smaller than the minimum CIXS designed to detect which is the correct reason.
