Potential at inner shell is gievn by Vi=kQ1R1+kQ2R2
potential at outer shell Vo=kQ1R2+kQ2R2
poterntial difference VoVi=kQ1R1kQ1R2
therefore Assertion and Reason are true and the Reason is the correct explanation of the Assertion.
