PV=nRT
where,
T= absolute temperature

So at constant pressure for a fixed amount of gas, VT=constant

T1=0o C=273 K

V2T2=V1T1V2V1=T2T1

Both assertion and reason are correct.

Now, VT=constant, VT (T is in Kelvin)
