Warming of the room by a heat blower is a form of convection because, the heat blower provides heat to molecules surrounding the device. The air blown from the device is hotter(and hence lighter), causing it to rise and the cool air to descend, the cool air on descending towards the blower gets further heated and rises. This cycle is carried on and the room heats up. The heating of the particles surrounding the blower is forced and hence called forced convection. (The statement is true)
