Balance Chemical equation is
2C3H6 + 9O2 6CO2 + 6H2O
so,
on doing mole mole analysis we find that When one mole of
C3H6 is subjected to combustion, 3 moles of CO2and 3 moles of H2O are formed.

from above balance chemical equation we conclude that Assertion is correct but Reason is incorrect
hence option C is correct.
