According to Newton's law of gravitation, $F=\frac{G{m}_1{m}_2}{r^2}$,
When $m_1,m_2$ and $r$ all are doubled,
$F^{\prime }=\frac{G\left(2m_1\right)\left(2m_2\right)}{(2r{)}^2}=\frac{G{m}_1{m}_2}{r^2}$ which is still equal to F.
i.e., force remains the same.
