$\frac{A B}{P Q} = \frac{B C}{Q R}$

$\Rightarrow \frac{10}{5} = \frac{8}{Q R}$

$\Rightarrow 2 = \frac{8}{Q R}$

$\Rightarrow Q R = \frac{8}{2}$

$\Rightarrow Q R = 4$
