Gay-Lussac’s law


According to Gay Lussac’s Law, whenever gases react together, the volumes of the reacting gases as well as the products bear a simple whole number ratio, provided that all the volumes are measured under similar conditions of temperature and pressure.

Here, at STP the ratio of volume of the reactants and the products is 1:3:2 i.e. simple whole number ratio thus, Gay- Lussac's law is true for this condition.
