Here, $B_H=B_0$,

$B_H=B\cos \varphi$

$B=\frac{B_0}{\cos {45}^{\circ }}=\sqrt{2}{B}_0$

comparing with, $\sqrt{\alpha }{B}_0,\alpha =2$
